Why should you use PIDA + Vim instead of just Vim + Terminals?
Please add your own
- Can switch to editor component with a configurable keypress
- Graphical buffer list useful when editing over 20 buffers (I usually have about 75 open)
- Version-control-enabled graphical file browser
- Extendible graphical user interface in Python
- Can have multiple terminals embedded in PIDA
...
Why is Vim better without PIDA?
Please add your own (I can't think of any)
- working via ssh
- Lower memory footprint
