Description

Well, we all have an rss parser, ok. But, for commit watch, ticket resolution... or whatever, we implement easily an rss watcher, and use notification system.

Trac plugin can be extended in a specific way for Trac.

But for other (Mantis, svnweb... ), a global plugin can be good.
