trac: show timeline, and notify new elements

Description

  • Show timeline in trac plugin, as a list
  • Remember last item receive
  • Show a notification for new item (passive check each 5 minutes as example)
  • Don't forget HTTP auth in case of (login+pass)
  • More options of what we want ([ ] wiki, [X] commit, [X] tickets...)

This will be a good thing to be aware of new ticket, commit etc...
