Save as

Right now we only have the option to save, and in the case of a temporary buffer being made when this is called it saves to the tmp directory. This is unfortunate and unexpected behavior.

This is what I would expect as a user.

First to provide a save as action for the file I'm working on. Second If no save has been made yet, hitting save will prompt me to enter a file to be saved as (preferably from the last directory saved to).
