Session load sometimes causes endless buffer cycling

When PIDA starts, it loads all of the buffers open from the last session.

Sometimes, it just keeps cycling the active buffer between all of the open buffers, over and over again, until I hit something like ctrl+c, then it stops.

I can't reproduce it on-demand, it seems to happen randomly. I've also had it happen a couple of times while using PIDA normally and just switching buffers, and it would jump into the cycle thing. (Though there is a chance I'm mis-remembering.)

It happens pretty rarely, so it's not a huge deal.

I could be mistaken, but it seems to happen mostly when vim gets terminated abruptly and leaves residual .swp files, so when PIDA loads the session, the "A .swp file already exists, what do you want to do?" message comes up, and that's when it starts cycling. Could be a coincidence, though.
